Action taken:
High visibility patrols conducted throughout the ward to prevent violent offences, particularly along the Thames Path as an area highlighted by residents that can sometimes feel unsafe. VAWG Walk, Talk & Do events to be organised and invites shared via Met Engage.

To reduce shoplifting offences across Thamesmead Moorings.

Drug use/supply across the ward but specifically in and around Birchmere Park
Action taken:
Drug related activities have been highlighted by residents at the recent ward panel meeting as a cause for concern, leaving an impression that the area that they reside in feels unsafe to them. They have requested that Police focus on drugs patrols and stop and searches in the hope of deterring suspects from loitering in the ward and giving off the impression of an unsafe environment.
