5. Pay and benefits

This is the case whether you work full or part-time, if you are thinking of working part time, this would be discussed with your line manager once you have passed your training and mentoring period.
Pay
Circa £42,871. Your salary package will comprise of a starting base salary of £33,219, 20% shift allowance, a location allowance of £2,009 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000. (Please note: During training, shift allowance will be 12.5%) On occasion, you may have the opportunity to work paid overtime.
Leave
The paid annual leave entitlement for full time staff is 28 days, rising to 33 days after five years service.
