Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Burglary
There has been an increase in Burglary in the ward.Action taken:
Increased patrols at peak times.
Proactive Operations to identify offenders. -

There has been an increase of parcel theft in local developments. Officers will work to educate residents with crime prevention advice, Identify and prosecute suspects and build intelligence to identify areas of most concern.

Co-operative working with estate management to identify offenders.

Priority:
Concerns have been raised by the community about Anti-Social Behaviour in Colindale Avenue and the surrounding developments. In response to this officers will perform a number of targeted patrols, in hotspot areas and work with management companies on target hardening.
