Victim welfare and support contacts

Following the Grenfell Tower fire on 14 June 2017, support services have continued to provide care, treatment and long‑term support to people affected, including bereaved families, survivors, local residents and the wider community.

Support services and contact details are listed below.

NHS Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service (NHS West and North London)

• You can access dedicated health and wellbeing support for the bereaved and survivors, and others affected by the Grenfell Tower fire who live and work in North Kensington.

Single Point of Access (SPA)

• Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust
• The SPA offers a single phone number and email address for referrals to secondary mental health services and support in a mental health crisis across Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, and Milton Keynes (out of hours only).
• Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Victim Support

• Victim Support provides free, confidential help for people affected by crime or traumatic events, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Support is available whether or not they have reported the incident to the police or when it occurred.

Grenfell support programmes (2024 to 2028)

Authority‑run support programmes are in place from 2024 to 2028 including:

• Support for bereaved families and survivors
• Grenfell community support - for people living in the immediate area around Grenfell Tower
• Education and training support - for bereaved families, survivors and the immediate community
• Samaritans - for anyone who is having a difficult time
