Officer concerned: PC Tamsin Archer
Dates of hearing: 23 March 2026
The Accelerated Misconduct Hearing of Police Constable (PC) Tamsin Archer of Central South concluded on 23 March 2026.
PC Archer answered the following Allegations:
It was alleged that PC Tamsin Archer failed to declare a Declarable Association, failed to report intelligence of a criminal nature, and was involved in a data breach which was not reported.
It was further alleged that on 9 January 2026, PC Archer conducted a search on the Police National Computer without a policing purpose.
The Chair, Commander Stephen Clayman, found all Allegations proven on the balance of probabilities. Furthermore, the Chair found that PC Archer had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of 'Confidentiality', 'Duties & Responsibilities', and 'Discreditable Conduct' and that these breaches amounted to Gross Misconduct.
PC Archer was Dismissed without Notice.
