    Specific:
Reduce incidents of youth-related violence across Westbourne Ward by targeting repeat offenders, responding to identified hotspot locations and increasing enforcement and engagement activity during peak risk periods.
    Measurable:
Monitor youth violence offences, repeat offenders, injunction applications, CPWs, CPNs, stop and searches, arrests and intelligence submissions relating to youth violence and gang-associated behaviour.
    Achievable:
Work in partnership with the Local Authority to identify and pursue injunctions against prolific youth offenders, utilise CPWs and CPNs as early intervention measures where appropriate, and conduct regular patrols in locations and at times identified through intelligence and crime pattern analysis.
    Relevant:
Youth violence has a significant impact on community safety, public confidence and the wellbeing of young people within the ward. Early intervention and robust enforcement are key to reducing harm and preventing escalation.
    Time-Bound:
Reduce youth-related violence and increase engagement and enforcement activity over the next 10 weeks, with a full review of tactics and outcomes conducted at the end of the review period.
