Priority 1 – Robbery / Theft from Person (Phone Snatching)

Reduce Robbery offences specifically within Battersea Park by using detection and prevention methods working in collaboration with Parks Police. We will measure success through data and tackle this priority with an evidence based model. We will review resourcing options, where operationally possibly ensure targeted action. This problem will be reviewed regularly to ensure realistic and timely actions are taken.

Gathering intelligence in order to identify locations for patrols and potential offenders. High visibility patrols and promoting of crime prevention through social media and engagement with the community. Use of stop & Search and arrest powers when appropriate. Working alongside partners such as Wandsworth council to ensure delivery of the Neighbourhood Guarantee and the summer crime plan

Priority 2 - ASB & Drugs

To proactively tackle drug offences and associated anti-social behaviour within stairwells of the Doddington Estate, Ethelburga and Surrey Lane Estates SW11 due to seasonal crime related problems. We will monitor progress through proactive patrols and problem-solving. We will enforce ASB legislation available to us (CPW, CPNs and Closure Orders) and enforce breaches of these. We will utilise other resources, where able, to tackle this issue at various times, this includes working in partnership with Local Authority. We will utilise data systems to adapt and proactively engage in a timely manner. We will also focus on ASB that is associated with drugs but also Anti-social Cycling with a particular focus on Prince of Wales Drive SW11.

Through intelligence led policing and gathering of intelligence officer will utilise this to identify locations for patrols and potential offenders. In keeping with the neighbourhood guarantee officers will conduct high visibility patrols and promoting of crime prevention through social media and engagement with the community. use of stop & Search and arrest powers when appropriate.

Priority 3. Burglary

Reduce Burglary offences within the specific area of Warriner Gardens, Prince of Wales Drive, Lurline Gardens. To utilise crime prevention advice, support victims and offer reassurance. We will utilise evidence based policing to target patrols both visibly and plain clothes through operations and patrols. We will measure success through frequent data analysis. We will achieve this by seeking advice through specialist roles as seek to resource this through local officers and wider policing. We will review this frequently to adapt our approach.

Action
Through intelligence led policing officers will be able to identify locations for patrols and potential offenders. High visibility patrols and promoting of crime prevention through social media and engagement with owners of properties at highest risk, ensuring we deliver on our neighbourhood guarantee and the winter crime plan.
