Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Crime - Personal Robbery along Petterborough Road
Action taken:
Intel lead patrols utilising both uniformed and plain clothes officers targeting suspects

ASB and speeding along Bishopsford Road junction with Middleton Road
Action taken:
Targated patrols aimed at disrupting ASB. Traffic policing to combat speeding and ASB related to vehicles. ASB warnings and section 59 warnings to be utilised.

ASB in Poulter Park - Surron bikes being ridden on the field
Action taken:
Policing operations utilising multiple departments to combat the use of these vehicles used in ASB and crime. MPS tactics are in development and will create more oportunity to target offenders.
