Violence Related Priority
Location: Snakes Lane East, Ray Park and Woodford Station
Problems: Concerns were raised by the community about robberies and knife related crime within the Woodford Area, in Snakes Lane East, Ray Park and Woodford Station

Results: To combat these Violent related robberies, BRIDGE SNT officers made Redbridge Council aware of these important issues and the urgent requirement of a CCTV on one of the entrances of the park, which through intel has shown to be best placed on the Oxford Road entrance, which leads through a very secluded alley way into the park. Redbridge council approved this urgent request, and as a result of combined actions, has resulted in a fully operational CCTV camera.
Requires: community engagement, increased police presence in the area. Officers will continue to find innovative ways to tackle this problem over the following month to ensure no reoccurrence, we ask the public to report any concerns, no matter how small it may seem.

Burglaries & Robberies
Location: St Anthony Avenue and Snakes Lane East
Problem: Concerns were raised by the community about recent robberies and burglaries within the Woodford Area, in St Anthony Avenue, Repton Park and Prospect Rd. Residential and business premises Burglaries and attempted Burglaries, no linked series.

Results: A recent robbery on Chigwell road, where officers witnessed two young boys dressed all in black with balaclavas. Bridge SNT officers then heard a call on the radio that a robbery had just occurred in the exact location that the officers were driving. Suspects made off and Bridge SNT officers managed to find the two suspects and make the arrests.
This positive action has resulted in the suspects being arrested and successfully charged accordingly.

ASB & Drug related crime
Location: Baddow Close, Copford Close, Madeira Grove
Problem: Concerns were raised by the community in regards to drug dealing and youths smoking namely cannabis within the Woodford Area, in particular Copford Close, Danbury Way and Baddow Close.

Requires: community engagement, increased police presence in the area.. Officers will continue to find innovative ways to tackle this problem over the following month to ensure no reoccurrence, but we ask the public to report any signs of potential drug dealing, no matter how small it may seem.
