Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Theft of and from motor vehicles is the ward's highest reported crime which is often linked with burglaries where car keys are taken and the vehicles removed. Some of these incidents have resulted in violence being used by the perpetrators.

Victims of offences will be visited and local enquiries conducted for all offences. Crime prevention advice will be offered at community groups, drop in surgeries and via social media. Officers will continue to use Police systems to identify high risk vehicles and use high visibility foot patrols to deter possible offenders.
