Drugs - Issues linked to drug related activity and the associated violence that goes with this within the ward. Local patrols and engagement across the ward to be carried out. Targeting where there are reports of Retail theft, drug dealing and misuse. Liaising with residents to gather intelligence.

Closure orders both partial and full are in place across the ward with a number still to be actioned

Anti Social Behaviour perpetrated within specific areas of the ward

Officers to complete CPW's and CBO's for ASB in public places
Obtaining Closure Orders for residential premises with continued issues
Working closely with partners (council, registered social landlords and social services) to support and manage complex cases
Conducting PSPO patrols with the council on the ward

Shoplifting

Extra patrols to be undertaken at identified retail hotspots to deter shoplifting, provide reassurance to businesses and gather intelligence through engagement with retailers and staff

Targeted hi viz patrols at retails locations across the ward

Mobile and foot patrols conducted at identified hotspots and high footfall areas

Regular engagement with retailers and store security to identify offenders

Intelligence submitted regarding prolific offenders

Identifying prolific offenders via AUROR (Retail crime intelligence platform) across the ward
