Drugs and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) – Gainsborough Gardens
Issued 26 October 2026
Gainsborough Gardens has experienced significant and persistent anti-social behaviour and suspected drug-related activity since the beginning of the year, involving multiple vehicles believed to be linked to the supply of controlled drugs. These incidents have occurred on a near-nightly basis, negatively affecting the quality of life of local residents. In response, officers have worked collaboratively with neighbouring ward teams to create a dedicated operation aimed at tackling the issue through a coordinated approach. This has included consistent and robust high-visibility patrols in the affected area, proactive enforcement activity, intelligence gathering and submission, and regular engagement with local residents to identify concerns, provide reassurance, and disrupt those involved in criminality. The operation remains ongoing with the objective of reducing and preventing anti-social behaviour and drug-related activity within the community.

Robberies
Issued 20 July 2026
On Glen Walk, Isleworth, and within the surrounding vicinity, there have been a number of both attempted and confirmed knifepoint robberies reported over recent months. This has been identified as a significant community safety concern and a ward priority problem, resulting in the creation of a PMP to effectively manage and address the issue. The objective is to reduce offending, mitigate the impact of these crimes on local residents and businesses, and increase public confidence. This will be achieved through the gathering and recording of intelligence, targeted proactive policing activity, high-visibility uniform patrols, plain-clothes operations in key locations and at peak times, and ongoing engagement with the community to provide reassurance and encourage the reporting of crime and suspicious activity.

Violence against Women and Girls
Issued 20 July 2026
Patrols are being conducted in areas of concern reported either directly to the police or via StreetSafe. These locations are typically routes used by residents when commuting to and from home, such as alleyways that lack adequate lighting, CCTV coverage, or other safety measures. Given the number of robberies reported in the Glen Walk area, there are understandable concerns regarding personal safety. In response, we provide as much high-visibility patrol presence as possible at each location that has been brought to our attention.
