Violent offences - in particular Violence Against Women and Girls

Officers will continue to conduct Hi-Visibility patrols in known areas where woman and girls feel most vulnerable. Uxbridge Safer Neighbourhood team will conduct ''walk and talks'' with members of the public at set times for members of the community to discuss the issues why they feel unsafe and this can be addressed with partner agencies such as Hillingdon council depending on the issues raised.

Drug and alcohol misuse in public can cause many issues for our communities including noise, litter, begging, people hanging around late at night and, in some instances, an increase in crime.

With the help of our communities we will identify and robustly tackle anti social behaviour caused by drugs and alcohol misuse. We will achieve this through partnership working with LBH, regular patrols, intelligence led use of stop and search and enforcement opportunities to tackle drug use and supply.

Theft from businesses and residents, in particular theft from and theft of motor vehicles can have a serious effect on our communities, especially by increasing the fear of crime.
