Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Reducing Violence against women and girls.

Regular patrols will deter Violence against women and girls, our presence will provide reassurance. We will endeavour to invite/include community members and partner agencies to be part of future WalkandTalks to discuss this issue.

Shoplifting - Residents and Local retailers have raised concerns as this is an ongoing issue. The MPS and Harefield Village SNT are dedicated to the reduction of shoplifting.

Harefield Village SNT will use intelligence to bring offenders to justice and will increase patrol in areas of concern on a regular basis, this will include plan clothes shoplifting operations.
Provide crime prevention advice and work to shopkeepers and work closely with the community.

ASB. Residents have complained about drug related activities in the community. Drugs is a contributing factor to ASB and other criminal activity.
