Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Action taken:
Plain clothes patrols to identify and apprehend prolific offenders, obtaining Criminal Behaviour Orders against them. Working closely with the retailers to develop ways of tackling the shoplifting issue

Action taken:
High visibility patrols along BOUNDS GREEN ROAD and green spaces on the ward to deter and capture offenders. Crime prevention stalls to be held in the area to increase awareness of the offences

Targeted via a mix of high visibility & plain clothes patrols to identify, deal with & deter offenders.
Crime prevention advice will be increased via Met Engage messaging, police outreach events and leaflet drops.
