Violence - Arrow scout Walk & Happy Shopper - ASB, drug use and gang activity around the shop.

ASB caused by groups gathering in large numbers and hosting organised events at these locations. These events consists of loud amplified music ,drinking of alcohol and use of drugs. This continues throughout the day/evening until early hours of the morning, causing a nuisance to local residents.
