Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.

ASB and drug dealing in the area of the tube station leading to increased ASB, drug dealing and violence.

Increased incidents of theft in westway cross as well as incidents of violence & drug issues related to the criminals targeting the centre.

Reports of shoplifting in the area is at low levels. HI VIS patrols continue in the area. There have been no car meets in this area for some time.

Street drinking (Oldfield recreation ground and vicinity): Small groups drinking in public leading to Anti Social Behaviour and at times violence.

HI VIS patrols continue in this area, this time of year there is a reduction in street drinking but when seen it is being dealt with by moving persons on and issuing various disposals to more persistent offenders. Contact has been made with licensed premise reminding them of laws re selling of alcohol (extra strong restrictions / single cans etc)
