To reduce the use of off road bikes and quads in the ward’s parks and open spaces, especially Darrick and Newstead Woods, and Farnborough Church Fields and other locations. By means of pro-active and plain clothes operations, and by encouraging the public to report with full descriptions to enable us to identify repeat offenders, issue Section 59 warnings and seize bikes where appropriate.
