Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or 'ward'), supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

• High-visibility patrols at peak times; additional support from other teams (including evenings) when Safer Neighbourhood Team off-duty
• Carry out joint patrols and enforcement with the council
• Targeted stop and search where grounds exist -
Priority:
Reduce street drinking and associated antisocial behaviour/drugs activity in and around Montrose Crescent and Station Grove
Action taken:
• High-visibility patrols at varied times
• Joint patrols with council enforcement officers and issuing of fines
• Use of Community Protection Warnings/Notices for repeat offenders -
Priority:
Increase safety, awareness, and reporting around Wembley Central Station
Action taken:
• High-visibility patrols at key times (commuter peaks, school end, late evenings)
• Hand out information promoting reporting, including through Crime stoppers and initiatives such as "Ask for Angela"
