Please follow the instructions on the back of the card or document to notify the relevant authority.
For foreign passports, ID cards and driving licences
If you are currently located in, or you live in:
- Greater London excluding the City of London
- Leicestershire
- Lincolnshire
- West Midlands
- Wales
Please hand it in to an embassy or high commission.
For all other locations in England:
Please hand it in by visiting a police station, or to a police officer or PCSO.
