Salary: The successful candidate will receive a basic salary in excess of £100,000. For candidates with exceptional and highly relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, in addition to base salary consideration may be given to a non-pensionable market allowance.
Location: This role is based at Marlowe House and Hendon, with regular attendance required across the MPS estate, including frequent meetings at New Scotland Yard. Flexibility to work from multiple locations is essential.

The Metropolitan Police Service is seeking an exceptional leader to join its Property Services Directorate as Deputy Director of Development, Portfolio and Projects.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation, development and capital investment programme across one of the largest and most complex public sector estates in the UK. Reporting to the Director of Property Services, you will oversee the planning and delivery of major estate development, refurbishment, regeneration and lifecycle investment programmes that support operational policing across London.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Metropolitan Police estate, ensuring investment decisions deliver long-term value, operational effectiveness, resilience and sustainability.
