As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our front line services. As a leader, you'll face a number of challenges including achieving continued crime reduction, developing effective partnerships, increasing community confidence and leading our people so they can be the very best that they can be.
This career opportunity is open to exceptional Constables with valid OSPRE part I or II looking for promotion. Sergeants with a proven track record of effective delivery are also encouraged to apply.
