Our police constable recruitment campaign aims to inspire and attract thousands of officers to join the Met and support us in our mission to deliver more trust, less crime and high standards for communities in London.
This campaign showcases the realities and rewards of a career as a PC. It features real-life stories of officers on the frontline who are committed to policing as a public service, tackling crime, and how their work is making a positive impact in a career that matters.
The Met is building A New Met for London where communities know their local officers, help to shape their policing priorities, and work with them to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour. And when victims call us for help, they’re satisfied with our response.
