Summary

APS Cotter answered allegations that in November 2021 he sexually assaulted Person A. It was further alleged that on 30 April 2023 A/PS Ryan Cotter pushed and grabbed Person B causing pain, distress and fear.

Decision

The Panel determined that both allegations were not proven.
