PC Matthew Wilson faced the following allegations:
1. On 9 September 2024, PC Matthew Wilson failed to act with respect and courtesy, in that he stated to PC A:
2. Between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024, PC Matthew Wilson failed to act with respect and courtesy, in that he stated to PC A:
3. Between 1 December 2024 and 31 December 2024, PC Matthew Wilson failed to act with respect and courtesy, in that he stated to PC A: "Mmm... delicious ... the food looks good too".
The panel, chaired by Mr Andy Brittain, found allegation 1 was not made out. Allegations 2 and 3 were made out and categorised cumilatively as Gross Misconduct.
PC Wilson was issued with a Final Written Warning for a period of 30 months.
