Summary

PC Bishop faced allegations relating to her submission of medical vetting forms which she knew at the time contained false information.

It was alleged that in doing so PC Bishop had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour namely, Honesty and Integrity.

The Panel found that PC Bishop had acted dishonestly and, in doing so, committed Gross Misconduct and breached the Standard of Honesty and Integrity.

Decision

The Panel considered that the correct sanction for this breach was dismissal without notice. PC Bishop will be placed on the barred list.
