PC Robin Brown faced two allegations:
Allegation 1: It is alleged that PC Brown made a threat to a female known to him stating that he would set her car on fire if she damaged his property.
Allegation 2: It is alleged that PC Brown used violence and/or force against a female known to him while attempting to gain entry to a residential property
The panel found allegation 1 proven in part at the level of Misconduct only. Allegation 2 was found not proven.
Police Constable Robin Brown breached the following professional standards:
* Discreditable conduct.
PC Robin Brown was given a written warning of 18 months.
