Officer concerned: PS Pablo Robins
Dates of hearing: 2 April 2026
The brief circumstances of this case are that, between November 2022 and September 2023, PS Robins engaged in the sending and receiving of WhatsApp communications that included grossly offensive, discriminatory, and derogatory content.
These communications were exchanged using a telephone number attributed to PS Robins.
In doing so, it is alleged that PS Robins has breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
* Equality & Diversity
* Challenging & Reporting Improper Conduct
* Authority, Respect & Courtesy
* Discreditable Conduct
PS Robins was in attendance for these proceedings. He was represented at the hearing by his Legal representative and his Federation representative.
The Chair, Commander Jason Prins, found the allegations proven and that PS Robins had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour at the level of Gross Misconduct.
PS Robins was dismissed without notice and will be placed on the College of Policing barred list.
