It is alleged that on 12 December 2018, PC Kevin Beedel whilst at a work Christmas event held at Aldenham Country Park in Hertfordshire, harassed and caused distress and embarrassment to a female colleague by repeatedly touching her bottom.

The chair, found that the allegations against PC Kevin Beedel was proven to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct, and Authority, Respect and Courtesy, at the level of Gross Misconduct therefore he has been dismissed without notice.
