Officer concerned: Former PC Yaseen Mukith
Dates of hearing: 20 to 22 April 2026
On 24 July 2023, it was alleged FPC Yaseen Mukith, while off duty, assaulted a member of public, at the Tamak Lounge, Barking.
It was further alleged that in doing so FPC Mukith breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of 'Discreditable Conduct'.
It was found that FPC Mukith breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour at the level of Gross Misconduct and would have been dismissed without notice.
