Former Police Constable Michael Needham, who was based within North West command unit, answered allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
• Authority, Respect and Courtesy
• Discreditable Conduct
It was alleged that PC Michael Needham made threating comments of a sexual nature to a female colleague whilst off duty.
The panel chaired by Commander Clayman, found the allegations proven.
Former PC Michael Needham would have been dismissed if still serving and will be added to the College of Policing barred list.
