It is alleged that on an occasion in June 2019 DC Daniel Llewellyn messaged a female colleague two images of himself that are deemed to be sexual in nature.
The Panel found the Allegation proven on the balance of probabilities, and found that DC Llewellyn had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct and that this breach amounted to Gross Misconduct.
DC Llewellyn was Dismissed Without Notice.
DC Llewellyn has been placed on the Barred List held by the College of Policing.
