The Gross Misconduct Hearing of PC Jon Toolis P258118, PC Nathaniel Lordan P242424 and Lucas Collins P256400, all from Stoke Newington Police Station - Central East Command, commenced on Monday 2nd February 2026 at Palestra House, 197 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8NJ.
For procedural reasons, the matters concerning PC Toolis and PC Lordan were adjourned on Thursday 5th February 2026 and will reconvene on the 13 to 15 May 2026.
The Misconduct Hearing for PC Collins concluded on Wednesday 11 February 2026, chaired by Commander Stephen Clayman.
The Panel considered all evidence provided by the Appropriate Authority and from PC Collins.
Having taken all of the evidence into consideration the panel found all allegations not proven.
