Summary

During a romantic relationship with Ms A, Ian Williams was alleged to have sexually and physically assaulted her. It was also alleged that PC Williams accessed Ms A’s Find My iPhone account to locate her whereabouts.

The panel found that the officer had breached the following standards of professional behaviour:

Discreditable Conduct (conduct which was inappropriate and would not be expected of a police officer by members of the public).

PC Williams was dismissed without notice.
