Summary

The allegation made against Officer A were as follows:

During and following a relationship with a police officer, Officer A was alleged to have harassed her through excessive unwanted communication.

The panel found that the officer had breached the standards of Authority, Respect and Courtesy, and Discreditable Conduct.

Decision

It was found the appropriate sanction against Officer A to be that of
dismissal without notice.

Officer A will now be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing.
