Officer concerned: SC David Alexandrov
Dates of hearing: 16 to 17 March 2026
Allegation 1 - Either at the time of the return of the Bleu Leather jacket in October 2024 or a point thereafter prior to 17 January 2025, SC David Alexandrov knew that the incorrect jacket had been returned to Caine Leather on his behalf and that the return request was fraudulent.
It was also alleged SC Alexandrov knew that he had received a refund, following a PayPal dispute, despite the wrong jacket being returned. He took no action to resolve this. In doing so, it was alleged he acted dishonestly, in breach of the SPB relating to (a) Honesty and Integrity and (b) Discreditable Conduct.
Allegation 2 - In the alternative, it is alleged that SC Alexandrov acted without due care and diligence, in that a fraudulent return was made under his name and using his PayPal account, which he failed to rectify between October 2024 and 17 January 2025. He also failed to rectify a false complaint made to PayPal using his account. This was in breach of the SPB relating to Discreditable Conduct.
Written Warning for 18 months.
