PC Sumbul faced the following allegation:
It is alleged that, whilst on a work-related night out, PC Sumbul intentionally touched a female colleague, that the touching was sexual, and the colleague did not consent to the touching.
It was alleged that in doing so PC Sumbul had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour, namely Discreditable Conduct.
The Panel found the allegation that PC Sumbul faced not proven.
