Officer concerned: PC Romah Mojhoa
Dates of hearing: 12 June 2026
The brief circumstances are that PC Mojhoa was convicted at Willesden Magistrates Court on the 27 March 2026 for driving whilst disqualified and without insurance after she pled guilty for the offences. She was seen on an ANPR camera driving her motor vehicle in the borough of Brent. PC Mojhoa received six points on their license and was ordered to pay a fine of £769.
In doing so, it is alleged that PC Mojhoa has breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
PC Mojhoa was in attendance for these proceedings. She was represented at the hearing by her federation representative.
The Chair, Deputy Assistant Commissioner Carl Galvin, found the allegations proven and that PC Mojhoa had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour at the level of Gross Misconduct.
PC Mojhoa was dismissed without notice and will be placed on the College of Policing barred list.
