The Misconduct Hearing of PC Jon Toolis P258118 and PC Nathaniel Lordan P242424 from Central East BCU concluded on Friday 15 May 2026. The hearing took place in public at Empress State Building. PC Toolis and PC Lordan were in attendance and were both legally represented.
It was alleged that both PC Toolis's and PC Lordan's conduct breached the Standard of Professional Behaviour, namely Use of Force.
The panel considered all the evidence presented by the Appropriate Authority and found both officers breached the Standard of Professional Behaviour at a level of misconduct only. They were both issued with an 18 month Written Warning.
