It was alleged that between 15 August 2023 and 16 August 2023 FPC James gave Ms A, an alleged victim of crime who he contacted in the course of his duty, his personal telephone number. It was also alleged that on 16 August 2023 FPC James had an inappropriate telephone conversation with her motivated by the pursuit of a sexual or improper emotional relationship.
