Officer concerned: FPC D
Dates of hearing: 23-24 June 2026
FPC D breached the mediation agreement that was reached between him and Ms A in early 2023. FPC D contacted Ms A repeatedly such as to cause her distress when he knew that she did not wish to receive communications from him, save in relation to the agreed arrangements.
The panel of the proceedings determined that the allegations were proven at the level of Gross Misconduct and that the Standards of Professional Behaviour had been breached, namely in respect of Discreditable Conduct.
Former PC D would have been dismissed without notice if he was still serving and will now be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing.
