Officer concerned: PC Kheava Gould-Ryan

PC Kheava Gould-Ryan answered the following allegations:
"Whilst engaged in a conversation with a BBC reporter, who was working undercover as a Detention Officer, you were told about a 'tiny' juvenile who was in custody and who had been abusing police officers when you said the following (or similar words):
Your language trivialised the use of force on detainees and suggested you condoned the use of unreasonable force and found it amusing that a juvenile would be sprayed with PAVA in custody.
Your behaviour breached the:
The Officer was legally represented and present at proceedings.
The Chair, Commander Andy Brittain, found the Allegations proven at the level of Gross Misconduct and the alleged behaviour did breach the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy.
PC Kheava Gould-Ryan was dismissed without notice.
PC Kheava Gould-Ryan will now be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing.
