- Allegation 1: On 2 September 2024 in the yard at Charing Cross Police Station you mad derogatory comments about a member of the public and breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour of Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct.
3rd November 2024
- Allegation 2: Your comments on 3 November 2024 in the yard at Charing Cross Police Station glorified members of police staff shouting / swearing at members of the public and breached the Standard of Professional Behaviour of Discreditable Conduct.
- Allegation 3: Your comments glorified members of police staff / a police officer using force on members of the public and breached the Standard of Professional Behaviour of Discreditable Conduct.
- Allegation 4: You made derogatory comments about members of the public in mental health crisis and breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour of Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct."
The Officer was legally represented and present at proceedings.
Decision
The Chair, Commander Andy Brittain, found the Allegations proven at the level of Gross Misconduct and the alleged behaviour did breach the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy.
PC Fernando Santos Dos Santos was dismissed without notice.
PC Fernando Santos Dos Santos will now be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing.
