Summary

It was alleged that between 2015 and 2016 Officer X demonstrated controlling and coercive behaviour whilst married to his ex-wife.

It was also alleged that during a time in 2016 Officer X whist married to his now ex-wife raped her in their home.

It was alleged that in doing so Officer X breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Discreditable Conduct.

Decision

The Panel found the allegations not proven.
