Dates of hearing: 27 to 30 July 2026
SC Salman Latif answered the following allegations, that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
*Discreditable Conduct
1. It was alleged that in May 2021, SC Latif assaulted Miss A by kicking her in the region of her foot/ankle thereby causing her bruising/swelling;
2. It was alleged that between February and March 2022, SC Latif harassed Miss A by making 86 separate calls across 14 different days, which was both excessive and unwanted, using a private/withheld number, in a manner that caused an intimidating/hostile environment for Miss A; and
3. It was alleged that SC Latif physically assaulted Miss A on the night of 3 April 2022/early hours of 4 April 2022, causing her marks/bruising.
No misconduct found and no further action.
