Summary

PC Frost answered the following allegations:

It is alleged that, between approximately 2015 and January 2025, you repeatedly contacted and communicated with sex workers who advertised their services through an online escort platform.

Decision

The Chair of the proceedings, Chair Katie Lilburn determined that the allegations were proven at the level of Gross Misconduct and that the Standards of Professional Behaviour had been breached, namely in respect of Discreditable Conduct, and Orders and Instructions.

As a result, PC Gary Frost was dismissed without notice and will now be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing.
