PC Mirati Souleiman, will answer allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:

• Authority, Respect and Courtesy
• Discreditable Conduct

It is alleged between October 2024 and January 2025, PC Souleiman made a number of inappropriate and sexual comments about colleagues and members of the public. PC Souleiman is alleged to have touched a colleague by embracing her and kissing her on the cheek. It is further alleged PC Souleiman threatened violence towards those colleagues he believed had reported him.

It is alleged that this conduct amounts to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the standards of professional behaviour that, if proved, is so serious that dismissal would be justified.

If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.

The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
