Officer A, based within MO4 Forensics Services Command Unit, will answer allegations that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
- Discreditable Conduct
It is alleged that on various dates between approximately 2019 and 2021, Officer A failed to safeguard and protect his daughter after being treated in an abusive manner by her mother, Ms. B.
It is further alleged that Officer A’s conduct, if proven, amounts to gross misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.
The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
