Special Constable Rajay Campbell, based at WA - BCU, will answer allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
• Discreditable Conduct
SC Campbell faces the following allegations:
On 26th August 2023, whilst off duty, Special Constable Rajay Campbell sexually assaulted a female known to him.
It is alleged that in doing so SC Campbell has breached the Standard of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct. It is further alleged that this conduct, if proven, amounts to gross misconduct in that it is so serious as to justify dismissal.
The hearing will start on Monday 5th October 2026 and is listed for 4 days.
The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
