This is a conduct matter concerning Police Constable Dominik John, who falsified his Officer Safety Training (OST) record card by recording a Job-Related Fitness Test (JRFT) pass despite not having completed the assessment.
On 16 October 2025, PC John attended Officer Safety Training at Jack Brown House. During the course, he was asked whether he had completed his JRFT, as successful completion of the test was a prerequisite for participation in the OST programme. The instructors noted that the JRFT pass date on his record card had been entered in handwriting, which raised concerns, as completion dates are ordinarily applied by official stamp.
Subsequent enquiries were conducted and confirmed that there was no record of PC John having completed the JRFT. As a result, he was deemed ineligible to participate in the OST course and was instructed to report the matter to his line manager.
